IT support for businesses

When something stops working, somebody has to pick it up and fix it. We handle the day-to-day incidents in your company —machines, users, email, printing, network— with a single technician who already knows your infrastructure. Remote for most of it, on-site when the problem is physical.

The problem

What we deal with

This is what comes in by phone or email on any given Tuesday:

  • A computer that won't boot, has slowed to a crawl or has run out of disk
  • A new starter who needs a machine, accounts and permissions by Monday
  • Email that won't go out, or that lands in the client's spam folder
  • Microsoft 365: licences, mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint and folder permissions
  • A printer or scanner that has stopped responding for the whole office
  • A server or NAS throwing errors, filling up or refusing connections
  • Wi-Fi that drops across half the floor, or a VPN that won't connect from home
  • Somebody who clicked on something they shouldn't have
  • A backup that needs restoring today
  • A laptop that needs building, encrypting and handing over

Scope

What is in, and what is not.

What's included

  • Support by phone, email and remote session
  • Diagnosis and resolution of desktop, email, printing and network incidents
  • Creating, changing and removing users and permissions
  • Installing and configuring machines and business software
  • Handling the manufacturer's warranty while the machine is still covered
  • An on-site visit when the problem cannot be fixed remotely

What's not included

  • Custom software development or application programming
  • Web design, digital marketing or search marketing
  • Component-level hardware repair: if a machine is broken, we claim the warranty or replace it
  • Formal user training: we explain what is needed to close the incident, we don't run courses

How it works

How you can buy it

The same service comes in four shapes, depending on what you need:

  1. Remote support

Most incidents are solved by connecting to the machine. It is the fastest route because there is no travel in the way.

  2. On-site support

When the problem is physical —cabling, a machine that won't boot, a new install, an office move— we come to your premises.

  3. One-off work

No contract. We quote the specific job and invoice it once. Useful for a fault, a migration or a second opinion.

  4. Ongoing support

A fixed monthly fee with support included and regular reviews. That is what we call IT maintenance, and it has its own page.

Who it is for

Who it is for

  • 5 to 200 users

The size where an in-house IT department does not add up, and where going without support gets expensive at the first serious incident.

  • No IT department

Where the computers are currently looked at by whoever in admin happens to be good with them.

  • An IT lead with too much on

If someone internal already handles part of it, support is coordinated with them and takes on what they don't have time for.

Service area

Where we work

Remote support does not depend on distance: if the problem can be solved by connecting to the machine, it is solved the same way for a company in Seville as for the one next door.

On-site work has its natural radius in Baix Llobregat and the Barcelona area —Viladecans, Gavà, Castelldefels, Sant Boi, El Prat, Cornellà, Sant Joan Despí, Esplugues, L'Hospitalet and Barcelona itself. Outside that area we look at it job by job.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How quickly do you respond?
We don't publish a response time on this website, because a commitment like that only means something if it is in a contract. Times are agreed in writing before we start, based on how critical each system is. For a one-off incident, tell us what is happening and we'll tell you when we can get on it.
Do we have to sign something for a single fault?
No. One-off work is quoted and invoiced with no contract involved. A contract only appears if you choose the ongoing option, and that one has no lock-in.
We already have someone handling part of this. Does it still work?
Yes. Nobody has to be shown the door for us to start: we agree who covers what and coordinate. It is a common situation.

Do you have an incident open right now?

Tell us what is happening and we'll tell you whether it can be fixed remotely today. Free assessment, no commitment.
