1. Data controller

2. Data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect: name, company, email address, telephone number and the message you send us. We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare the service proposal you have asked for.

The data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, after that, for the applicable statutory periods.

3. Web analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, the audience measurement service of Vercel Inc., which is also the provider that hosts the website. Its purpose is exclusively statistical: to know which pages are visited, how often and from what type of device, in order to decide which content is worth keeping, correcting or expanding. It is not used for advertising, for profiling, or for tracking you across other websites.

According to the provider's documentation, Vercel Web Analytics works without cookies and processes the information in aggregate form, without storing data that would identify you personally. You can review how it works in Vercel's documentation on Web Analytics (vercel.com/docs/analytics).

On our side, we have verified on this website that loading any of its pages creates no cookies and no local storage entries in the browser, and that the measurement makes no requests to domains other than okenasystems.com. The current Vercel Web Analytics configuration used on this website therefore does not install cookies or use local storage to identify visitors, and no specific cookie-banner consent is requested for this audience measurement.

The information used to produce these statistics comes from the request to the server itself: the page requested, the type of device, the browser and the approximate country of access.

4. Legal basis

For the contact form data, the legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the acceptance box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For the web analytics described in the previous section, the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding, in aggregate, how his own website is used in order to improve it. This processing has been assessed as having minimal impact on your privacy, given that it uses no cookies, stores no information on your device and does not allow you to be identified. You may object to it on the terms set out in the section on your rights.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties. To deliver the service we use providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (web hosting and audience measurement) and Resend (email delivery). The data you send through the form is not stored in any database: it is transmitted by email to the company's inbox and remains only there. Some of these providers may be located outside the EEA; where that is the case, the transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or other valid GDPR mechanisms.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@okenasystems.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
