Okena Systems is the trading name of Sergio Leno Domínguez, a self-employed professional specialising in systems and infrastructure for businesses. There is no call centre, no escalation tiers and no different technician each time: when you call, you reach the person who will fix it.

The trade-off, said out loud
Working with a self-employed professional has an obvious downside and there is no point dodging it: one person cannot be in two offices at once, and does not answer a phone every hour of every day of the year.
What can be done is make sure that never leaves you stranded.
